I may be the lucky customer who is somewhat happy with seventymm.com.Well I placed my order for a tablet as this site was offering the cheapest price.During checkout I was happy to get additional 5% discount as a welcome code.This is my first experience with seventy MM so I opted for cash on delivery.After 4 days I received my package.I do online shopping often so I was very satisfied.Sometimes even Ebay, snapdeal or yebhi took 15 days to deliver an item.
When I opened the package I found that the 3D glass frame which comes with the tablet as an accessory is broken.The tablet box was sealed and all other items were in order.May be in transit it happened.So I called seventymm customer care.To my surprise the 1st solution He provided is to buy another 3d glass or "Sir, You can still watch 3D clips na as only the left arm of the frame is broken".at that moment I got angry and said is this what you call customer support? Then He asked me to send a photo of the glass to their email.I did it next day.
15 days passed nothing happened.So I posted my complaint online.Got a response 3 days after.They wrote that that 3D glass is not in stock now.They placed their order to the original company of the tablet.Once they got it, they will send it immediately.Then again 10 more days passed.Posted another complaint today.Lets see what happens.
