SeventyMM has depreciated!

I have been Seventymm customer for 4 years now ... and honestly I don’t know why!

I had a great experience for the first time I subscribed. The DVD quality was good, delivery was prompt and life was good. However, with every subsequent renewal I have observed a dramatic fall in all aspects of their services. Their DVDs all warned off, popular titles not available, etc. I had resolved in 2009 that I won’t renew now onward but then I received a phone call from their sales guy. The guy who spoke to me was Chandresh (I don’t mind taking names here). That guy almost challenged me to try their new services which includes the fact that they have new machines that ’correct’ the quality of faulty DVDs, so that there are no more complaints about it. I decided to give it a try (call me a fool).

Now at least 50% of DVDs don’t function on even my latest DVD player. Sometimes their delivery boy comes after 10:30pm. The DVDs don’t get delivered the next day. It is now taking even a week for delivery. Their customer support people are now heard repeating ’Sorry sir’, ’it will be resolved in few days’, ’how can I tell you sir’, ’we have shortage of people’ and other dumb excuses!

My advise:

Better do charity than pay SeventyMM. That way you’ll be blessed and get peaceful sleep. God will punish you if you recommend SeventyMM to anyone. If you hate someone, recommend SeventyMM to him/her. This way they’ll have a bigger enemy. If you respect yourself and respect your time, go to theaters or buy DVDs.

SeventyMM is not for you!
