The delivery and customer care is help ful services. One thing I dont like is that either the customer care is unattended most of the time or is engaged.
The nasty feature is that the call goes to a message service without any pre-empting and which will charge for a local call. So effectively to get one DVD you may have to spend few more bucks.Improvements required in, 1. website quality.
Right now it’s Ok but can be improved. UI looks fancy but the performance needs to be better. Either the graphics content can be reduced or another simple HTML version can be provided for the users who needs faster response.2. the collection is not great as advertised. Need to improve a lot on this. Sometimes even the classic movies are not found in the search. the regional collection is just for the name sake, many of the times the search doesnt give any movie.3. Please dont show VCD option, thats not what customer is paid you for.
