I’m not going to let these people get away with cheating people. Since the review should be atleast 150 words, let me add some more things.I spoke to a customer service rep and threatened them that i’m going to court and she immediately said that the courier has been sent yesterday; but unfortunately no courier tracking number. But they’re willing to give me the cheque details.
Absolutely ridiculous, what will I do with the cheque details if I don’t have the courier tracking details???? I’m puzzled since the customer rep asked me to call my bank and see what the status of the check is....
