I wish I had read these reviews before signing up with Seventymm. Having used Netflix in the US, I was happy to hear something along the same lines in India. But this company turned out to be a complete fraud. I added 4 movies to my queue, and after waiting 2 days and not receiving them I called the customer service number. I was told that only 1 of the 4 movies was available and to add more movies.
After insisting that I wanted to watch the 4 on my queue I was told to call back in 2-3 days and they might have them then. what a complete sham. I was never told of all this when they kept calling me eagerly to sign up, nor of the fact that only 2 movies at a time will be delivered, not 1. I’ve been told the subscription fee is non-refundable but I am definitely going to make a big stink about this. Did anyone manage to get in touch with a manger or someone with some authority and sense?
