The only thing going for this wannabe "netflix " rental company is its website, which is pretty decent and user friendly. Otherwise, they have a very poor collection of titles, and worse, most of them are VCD’s ! Since they charge around Rs.50 per title, whether DVD or VCD, they think they are upto a very smart thing by stocking up VCD’s and charging Rs.50 for it, which your neighbourhood rental store would give you for Rs.15-20 !
This company was started with a lot of fanfare and a some hotshot US returned guys are behind the venture. One should not forget that they are Indians after all, US returned or not. Doomsday is not far off for this venture unless they pull up their socks and get real. If you live in Bangalore, and are a movie buff, there is none to beat Cinema Paradiso at Koramangala. Seventymm is not even for the " aam junta".Cheers.
