Seventymm: Worst Service,Poor Management

For all Movie Buffs who fall prey to Seven tyms false promises. I’ve taken a 3 month subscription from Seventymm in May, I frequently watch movies and thought this would be economical and with 20000 movies(as promised by seven tym) it would be a good deal. After getting my account details from them I logged in to their website, which is actually pretty good, usability and design. I started off by requesting a regional movie(Telugu) and the movie was delivered on time!!!!, Until.... I decided to watch an English Movie. You never get to see any popular movie available, although I recieve emails regularly mentioning some good movies...


And the I subscribed for their so called ’SMS ALERT’, I get these alerts but when I request the movie its not available.I thought I was one of those unlucky guys and waited for a few weeks, then I changed my mind and requested a popular bollywood movie.. the same sad story. Finally I got another sms alert and this time I quickly requested for it online... This was when things got really worse, the sequence of events


i) After three days of my request, I called up the customer care and they said that themovie is already delivered. And I explained them and asked them to check once again with their delivery team and finally confirmed that they havent.


ii) The next day I posted in their website about the undelivered movie, the replied the next day that they will credit back thelost days to my account and see to it thatthe movie is delivered.


iii) after a week I called them again, I had to explain the whole story again, the same answer --- the movie is delivered.


iv) I then emailed their CEO, I wonder if he ever reads his mails[ceo@seventymm.com]---- No REPLY


v) After almost 3 weeks they stopped responding completely no customer care at all... I asked for refund which they said they will NOT.


understand if the movies arent available, but after their confirmation they are unable to deliver them, neither they have proper communication among themselves.


PATHETIC SERVICE, Definitely NOT FIT TO BE IN THE MARKET.
