No room for improvement

My member ship is only 2 months old and I am already fed up. I was recommended by a freind to join in and I repent it now.




  • All the discs r scratched and dont work. when u complain they r least bothered.




  • Customer care nos. are always on voice mail and u never get a response soon.




  • when ever you complain about anything - u only get diplomatic responses.




  • pick up and drop service is horrible. they never deliver on time. if u order a film today u might get it after 2-3 days.




  • although they have an unlimited dvd service. u can never see 30 movies a month becos of the sick customer service.




  • they take a refundable depost and then refuse to refund that when u decide to stop the service.




  • their logistics r so bad that even when u have returned the film they say - u have the film.






Pathetic experience.
