I’ve had the unfortunate experience of joining them. I wanted to watch a mix of old and new titles. I have 2 disk unlimited plan. Now I am thinking about that I’m very stupid that’s why I paid 6 month advance money. I’m Getting Late Delivery again and again. Some times Delivery taking 8 days some time 5 days and frequently 3 days or 4 days.
I sent my last delivery request 5 days ago on 20th June 2009 I’m writing this review on 25th June at 11.00 Pm. Same story no delivery yet. I complained about this many times but nothing happen. Very Horrible customer service and commitment. My 4 Month Experience Said One Thing that mostly they never Deliver Last 2 or 3 months released DVD titles. Mostly you will never get first 10 or 15 movies from your wish list, I have 2 DVD unlimited plan but I can’t get a single DVD from my first 15 list, that’s why I removed Ghajni, Aa dekhen Zara , Rab ne bana di jodi, Aaloo chat, 13B, Luck by chance, Quantam of Solace, Slumdog crorepati, Billu Barber etc.
Fom my wishlist(Queue). Imposible to get new movies or popular titles but now I’m talking about old movies Since last 4 months Some of my first movies I added in my Queue are Around the world (1967) added on 2 march, Dushman (1971) Added on 5 march, Game (1993) Added on 15 March Pratigya (1975) added on 26 march, Azaad (1978) Added on 27 march, Jhankaar beats(2003) Added on 29 March, now today is 25 June and all movies still in Queue.Get Delivery on next day is a dream, Delivery in 2 or 3 days is a dream.
I have 2 DVD’s unlimited plan but for me single Dvd’s deliviery in 3 or 4 days is a dream, Its holiday season in Delhi and my kids wanna watch some favorite kid titles but what can I do? I noticed that 70mm’s Search is very very poor for example I tried to search " Fatih Akin" one of the world’s best directors and 70mm have many Faith Akin directed movies( Head on, Edge of heaven, In July Etc.Etc.) But when search "Faith Akin" No results. Its not only Faith Akin Its just example.
I tried many Indian actors and directors in 70mm’s search for example I tried "Gurdas Mann" Search results show Gurdas mann movies but not all movies like "Waris Shah " etc etc. I tried Amitabh, Dharmendra etc. etc I’m just talking about 70mm Delhi.I can’t say anything about other states. And just talking about DVD titles. Since 20 days I’m Bigflix member also, I have One movie unlimited plan and I’m satisfied with BigFlix They sent me Ghajni, Aa dekhen Zara, Rab ne bana di jodi, Aaloo chat, 13B, Luck by chance, Quantam of Solace, Slumdog crorepati, Billu Barber in 10 days on single dvd plan but 70mm never sent me a single movie listed above in four months and I have 2 Dvd unlimited plan, But sadly Around the world (1967), Dushman (1971), Game (1993), Pratigya (1975), Azaad (1978)Etc.Etc. not available on Bigflix.
I can understand now that 70mm just showing these DVD titles in search results but actually they don’t have these titles on DVD, that’s why they never sent me these titles in four months. Don’t waste your money on this AWFUL service. My frustration towards "70mm" has reached to such an extent that I have decided to stay away from anything that has "70mm" written on it.
