I’m taking all this effort to write a review for this company just because I do not understand what it really takes to cancel a membership with this company. I have been trying to cancel the membership since Jan 2007!
Yes you read it right, and post that first request and many many phone calls later, I’m yet to receive my refund.
And to top it all, sevenrymm executives have audacity to call me up every other day to ask me why I want to cancel my membership. All of them assure me that my membership will be cancelled immediately and refund will reach me in 15 days. But no one has been able to do that. I’m sure they have all been instructed not to cancel any memberships. Frankly I do not care about the 900 odd rupees that I might get back after a wait of 3 years. I’m stuck with this lousy membership which I’m not allowed to do away with.
Frustrating indeed. And not sure what this might lead to.
I simply would not recommend this membership even if it comes for free. Horrible service and worse still customer care executives who do not know how to handle requests. Poor quality of DVDs, hardly ever you get what you want.
