This website is a con job. **Avoid it like you would avoid diseases like HIV, SARS and CHOLERA !!
You show the slightest interest, and the customer service reps will hound you to sign up and pester you till you think - why not give it a shot? Thats when you make a deadly mistake and sign up.
I have had a an absolutely crappy service experience. I have been a member for exactly 1 month now and I am fed-up of their "i-dont-give-a-shit" attitudes. Emails are not responded to, pickups are not scheduled properly - it has been over 3 weeks since they last picked up movies from my address. The VCD’s I have seen are completely crap in quality (they will only work on your computer’s CD/DVD drive).
Their library is limited and mostly old movies. I am with the Delhi branch of this company and I get calls from their Chandigarh call center folks who seem to have nothing better to do that day - when I yelled at the guy, he went through his set of trained "emotions" and then disowned by saying that he is calling from Chandigarh hence cant do anything about my case and that I need to talk to the Delhi office - if he cant do anything, why was he calling me in the first place?
The BIGGEST POINT which made me lose all faith in this website is related to a Credit Card "Auto-Debit" usage. When registering, **I had explicitly OPTED OUT OF THE AUTO DEBIT, but on na random check I was shocked to see my CC data saved (contrary to what I had mentioned) and the Auto-Debit option ENABLED - THIS IS NOT WHAT I SETUP !!
LEGALLY this kind of behaviour amounts to FRAUD and is liable to CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
AVOID SEVENTYMM AT ALL COSTS !!
