My membership no. on Seven time 149716 (if anyone cares to listen)
I took up their membership about 2 years ago, thinking, finally there is a decent library which offers a wide range of "good quality" DVDs. Didnt use much of that though, and the membership lapsed. I must say their service was much better in those days. About 3 months ago, I renewed the membership, this time hoping to use it as much as I can. Little did I know that the trick Seventymm would use to reduce frequent ordering is not delivering the movies at all!! And the worst bit is that they dont seem concerned about it. When I log in to my account on the site, they say the movie has been delivered. When a complaint is raised, they reply saying it will be checked. In another two days, they reverse the entry. This has happened not just once but twice. So I got fed-up and asked them to cancel my order and give the refund on a pro-rata basis. And they have the gall to tell me that it is totally non-refundable. So I want to ask the promoters, the customer service head or whoever has the ears - what will you do with the time I lose? Is your business plan such that you minimize the cost of delivering by reducing the frequency as much as you can, while pestering customers with renewal offers, sometimes as many as two calls in the same day?
Ridiculous, to say the least. Want to know if there is a redressal forum where I can sue these cheaters?
And if Seventymm insist they are not, how will they make good?
