Slick marketing, horrible customer service

I joined SeventyMM in 2008 but did not use them much. After sustained marketing efforts on their part, I recently revived my membership of SeventyMM, thinking that their service should have improved.


I was very, very wrong.

  1. The very first DVD I ordered, has been uncollected by them despite several requests for pick-up over internet and phone. I always get an SMS that the person is coming to my office but no person has turned up so far for the last 4 weeks.

Requests over phone are not being attended to, the customer care person assures me he has sent his agent, but no one comes. They do not share the mobile number of the agent responsible for collection.

  1. The website is showing several movies in my name with status as= Not Returned. I have returned all the old movies. The 1 new one has not been picked up by them as detailed above.

  2. Also I am unable to order any new movies, as the website says something like "Maximum number of customer shipments exceeded".When will SeventyMM come and collect the movie and allow me to order a new one?

If I had time, I would take SeventyMM to consumer court for deficiency of service, and harassment.
