How I wish I had done a google on Seventymm complaints before enrolling for their service! That would have not only saved my money but also my precious time and saved me from all the hassles which I am facing ever since I enrolled. The day I enrolled, I have been daily calling them to tell them that although your site says movies have been shipped to me, movies have not been delivered to me. Mails to their customer care are NEVER responded. On calling, every time they will make a promise that someone will call them and the movie will be delivered today.However, neither of these 2 things happen!
Worst thing is that when I enrolled( they came to my office), I was told that I will not be charged any Registration fee nor any Securty Fees and I was told that the fee is 3 mths subscription fee. But when I checked the details, out of the total amount, only 299 is the monthly subsciption fee which by any standards is huge.Till date I have not been delivered any movie and daily I am spending lot of money and time in calling their stupid customer care which is least bothered!
The worst part is that though I havent received any movie, their account shows that I have 2 movies! Everyone in NCR has the same feedback!
If someone knows the process of filing the complaint in customer forum, pls post here. I am determined to take them to task. This is height of cheating.
