The best movie rental service
I would disagree with the comments made by "shilpi_lko" on Seventymm’s service. I am associated with Seventymm since last 24 months, and on-an-average, my experience was satisfactory. I would say that they did goof-up sometimes, but later on they clarified and refunded. In one instance when they dispatched a DVD full of scratches, I immediately called them to register my complaint. They promptly agreed to replace the DVD with a new copy! Isn’t it great? Actually I never expected them to replace it immediately without much nuisance.
Also their pricing is quite competitive and their collection is huge. I would suggest Shilpi_lko to give Seventymm another try. Don’t judge a good service on just one bad experience. However, I would also suggest Seventymm(wondering if they read this entry.:)) to please improve the quality of their call center executives. Sometimes they simply suck!
