Last month i.e., on April 14 i’hv bought a Micromax Funbook tablet order number 92844. Till now I have’nt received the product.I called their customer care alteast 15 times till now, but no use. Prior to this I purchased a mobile phone and it was a good transaction. On this note I went ahead and booked Micromax Funbook. At the time of booking the product was shown "in stock", so I made the complete payment and booked the product.
From then I was desperately waiting for the product like Shabari. Continuously got fooled by Seventymm call center executives. Months passed and now they told me to cancel my order. Friends never ever encourage these junk e-commerce sites which are fooling the customers and keeping customer’s money months together with them.
I strongly don’t recommend this Seventymm site for doing online shopping. I wasted lot of time and energy trying to get my product.These days most of the shopping experiences are like this. May be Cash on Delivery would be ideal for us to buy products.
