Very poor services

SeventyMM - I am a new subscriber to SeventyMM, in two weeks of subscription they have delivered only 3 movies, when you send the SMS to deliver their system don’t capture the request. Half the time good movies are out for rent and not available. Their customer care phone number gets picked up one in 5 trials and each time one ends up wasting a call.


SeventyMM sales guys promise big but they do not have the infrastructure to support even the basic services. The website is dysfunctional – even when you log in and request the delivery or return the request does not get registered or atleast the customer care guy will tell you that we have no request in your account. It could be that they are failing to deliver and then hiding behind the system or the system itself has issues.


It is a very poor experience and when you want to unsubscribe and return the money they say that is not possible. I feel cheated and at loss.do not recommend SeventyMM
