Home owner...very happy..:) :). Review on SG Estates Ltd Ghaziabad

Hi, sharing experience of SG Homes, Vasundhara sector 3. Build quality is very poor, building already has cracks, ceiling falling of, boundary wall collapsed & patches of cement fall every day. Its so bad that you cannot install wooden cabinets as walls have no cement and they cant hold it.

Dont buy from SG estates, cheap material, worst builder and construction quality is very poor

This is one the worst builders. Build quality is absolutely poor. Older projects building are collapsing and are in shambles. Material used in very poor.

Only good part is architecture and project planning

Hello Guys! I am giving my views about my experience with SG Estates. I have booked a 2 BHK flat at SG Grand, located in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. There are so many facilities provided in the project that are required for a vibrant lifestyle. It is a project that is surely going to enhance one’s lifestyle. Recommended the project to my friends and family!

I have booked a 2 BHK flat at SG Grand located at Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The amenities offered are the children’s play area, swimming pool, gymnasium, 2 tier security, clubhouse, high-speed lifts and many more. It is a dream to own such home within an amazing locality.
