Bxxxxy Fool doctors management and everything

I got my wife admitted in Sgpgi on 10th November 2022 with SLE flare up in immunology department who was having breathing problem since she had earlier records of same complications and was successfully treated in Kolkata since past nine years I kept on requesting doctors for studying her earlier record files which I handed over to them but they overlooked the same and started their line of treatment with junior doctors and the next day intubated her and shifted to critical care medicine ICU where the damage started, I was taken aback when I saw the scenario and line of treatment where junior doctors pursuing pg degrees without any experience with the help of high sedation, ventilators and blood pressure medicines and same antibiotics for every patient admitted.

Firstly I was told that my wife is very sick and needed three weeks of treatment after that they diagnosed her with mild ards after that it turned to be moderate and then severe as the days were passing they kept on experimenting on her high value sedated body with 2 times dialysis, continuous CRRT for 5 days to make her body infection free which was told to me that it will cure her disease.

On 28th November I was told that they would do tracestomy to continue ventilation support as she still needs oxygen and line wise they will reduce her sedation and make her conscious, the procedure was carried on 1st December 2022 after that I was confirmed that they would reduce her sedation which I started requesting the doctors but they failed to bring down her sedation instead her TLC count and bun kept rising day by day and her blood pressure was going down with high BP due to unknown reasons, her urination was also reduced after that they took advice from their nephrology department on 5th December 2022 where they advised not to do dialysis treatment or CRRT in front of me and the junior doctors but when the CCM incharge came on visit he ordered dialysis which I requested to follow the nephrologists advice but he turned down the same and became arrogant and started asking the nephrologists name to the junior doctor who also calmed down on seeing his seniors arrogancy on the same night they did dialysis.

The other morning when I came to see my wife she was having high temperature and pulse rates after that I asked the junior doctor if she was ok, she told yes but I was not comfortable with her reply. Again in the afternoon when I came to visit her, she was still having high temperature, BP was very low, pulse rate was 142 and the urination was stopped ., in the meanwhile, they were trying hard to manage her BP with medications which kept fluctuating with their experimental dosages.

Again in the evening, I was getting hopeless to find the same scenario and the doctor told me that she is very sick and they would do dialysis again, I was getting very nervous and just prayed before him to somehow save my wife which he confirmed that it would take time.

On 7th December Around 12.50 AM, I was called into the ICU and told that she had a cardiac arrest which was reprieved by them, now I was getting more nervous again at 4 am. I was called and told that she had a second attack and is very serious they were giving her CPR and injections but at 5 AM she was no more.

They killed my wife.

I would request everyone to poison their patients instead of going to Sgpgi Lucknow.

I need Justice with equal death punishment for the doctors who killed my wife specifically Mr Able Lawrence of the Immunology Department and Mr Sreyas of CCM department.

My wife Upasana Pathak 41 years was admitted in bed no 5.

My name Saju Pathak 9163653109.
