Rajkumar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda are excellent as Satyendra and Aarti.With excellent plot and cinematography this movie is worth watching.Kritis work is so far her best in bollywood and is a revelation for movie and is quite convincingly matching the impressive work of her co-actor. The supporting cast too, plays a huge role in making the film look good specially the veteran actor Govind Namdeo delivers yet another concvincing performance.The story revolves around two middle class families, one with burden of daughters marriage and other satisfied with their sons govt. job but trying to use it as an opportunity for demanding heavy dowry.The conventional thinking of grooms family leads the circumstances that the bride who wanted to work after her marriage flee from her wedding when the groom and relatives were already at their doors. The humiliation and heartbreak at his wedding makes the protagonist achieve the goal of IAS officer which he never desired before that incident. The movie then shows how IAS Satyendra wants to use his position to handle corruption case against PCS officer Aarti who finally gets a clean chit and asks Satyendra to forgive her.The love story after years of despair and hatred finally end on a happy note and they get married by the help of their families which was a surprise for Satyendra who has gone to attend marriage of Aarti with someone which was actually a planned act to bring Satyendra and Aarti together, given his true love for Aarti.
