I watched Shaadi Mean Zaroor Aana on Sunday at PVR Mahagun, Vaishali.
I went to watch the movie because of Rajkumar Rao. But I was more or less disappointed with the movie. The plot was predictable and could have been much better. There were too many plot holes which could have been taken care of by a good writer.
Rajkumar and Kriti were good in their performances. Rajkumar’s character change after being betrayed was superb and shows how good an actor he is. The supporting cast also did a good job. Govind Namdev was really good as the strict father.
The dowry negotiation scene was perhaps the finest scene in the movie. It was very real and life like.
The songs were above average but not something that you will remember after a couple of months.
All in all, it was a decent one time watch movie. Would have preferred streaming it online.
