Shaadi.com first sell premium diamond membership, then put your premium profile on hold for 4 months without prior notice, then not accept valid gov. certificate of authentication until you regularly follow up, then delete your existing profile without informing u, then force you to create a new profile, then after 2 months of follow ups refuse to transfer old premium membership to new account and say you have to buy a new premium membership because the old one expired. Support staff communicated with so far include Bxxxxxx, Txxxx, Axxxxx, Zxxxx. . They created 5 separate service requests so far for same issue and everytime ask me to repeat all the communications thus far.
