I think this is no 1 portal for matrimonial alliance, thinking this I listed my daughter’s profile after paying about 7000 rupees 2 years back. Since then I am visiting their website on a daily basis but unable to find a suitable match.
The main drawback of this portal for Jain is they do not show family name, and also do not show location of the candidate where working, because there are numerous cases where family is residing in one city and candidate is working at some other city.
Regarding family name my daughter’s name is Vandana Daga, which they shows as Vandana D. The problem in Jain is that we have to avoid similar family names, so without displaying family name this is very difficult to point on a particular candidate. In our case my family name is Daga.
Another major drawback is almost 80 percent profiles are without pictures, in absence of pictures you can not make a vital decision like marriage . Some candidate will not give their full details will simply write as. I am here to find a suitable match, rest will update later.
My question to this type of candidates is when they are going to update this. After marriage.
Furthermore in some pictures candidate’s pictures is with some kids. Now again questions raises whether they are widow, or these children are dependent on the candidates.
Some candidates will not disclose their income, how a guardian can hand over his children without knowing his income, for 80 percent guys it’s a good time pass to chat with females.
Overall impression it’s just time pass.
