Now the game begins.... you have provided your mobile number in this so called online site..Now the sales person from their offices calls you and some how convinces to walk-in to their office or take paid membership. There will be about 5-6 people in their office. One being the center manager the other being the relation ship manager and 4 sales people in a congested office set up. Now they create your id with the letter starting with your name for ex if your name is Akhil then your id will be A467899 like this this is called offline service.The sales people in the office will be able to know of your id and password any time. So please be careful.
ABOUT THE CHARGES:
Generally there are 3 types of memberships for 3 months 5300 6 months 7500 and 1 year 9000. This will be available in discounted rates at the end of the month so that they can achieve their monthly targets..They can give you this at 3 months 4000 6 months 5800 and 1 year 7000. The second type of membership is like that of personalized. they tell you that your file will be transferred to the personalized department where such a department nor a separate cabin does not exist in the office.Again they tell you that you will be guided by the relationship manager who will look after your profile by giving adds in the local news papers and arranging special meetings of you with other members interested in your profile. Again this relation ship manager does not have any formal training they are simply some graduates.
For this they charge you with 3 months 11000 6 months 17000 and 1 year 25000.
Again it will be available to you at a price of 7000 for 3 months 11000 for 6 months and 16000 for 1 year. After taking the normal or personalized membership you will not be contacted any more for a sake to show you that they are working on your bio-data they will give you some reminder calls only. Again before you take any membership please ask them to show that how many matching profiles are available to your criteria. there are no sufficient profiles in shaadi.com as compared to Jeevansaathi or Bharat matrimony . Again if they are there it will be the same every where.
MAKING A COMPLAINT:
These marriage bureaus also have many registered cases against them in near by police stations for frauds. If any of the clients goes and files a complaint am sure they are going to return your money back.If you want to make a complaint against them you can see their zonal manager but every body in a office set up are again involved with each other and there is no use of it at all. better to make a police complaint. you may also contact the company head Mr. Anupam Mitthal who is located in Mumbai Taradev office. They are just interested in finishing the sales targets off approx 80000 per sales person.
ABOUT PROFILES:
1- The profile are simply just not refined most of them are married and will not be removed from the site for 3 years so that they have enough data base to show off.
2- The mobile numbers provided there are just fake and not reachable or does not exist.
