The first time I sat down to watch this movie, I got up within thrity minutes. The story wasn’t moving and the sporadic background music was very distracting with loud TAK TAK of the piano at random scenes. So I gave up after a while with the slow moving film. After about a week I was just sitting at the breakfast table and I thought about the film. I said "why not, I have got time let’s finish the movie andsee what happens" this was the last attempt I would give to finish th emovie..if I am still bored....i wouldn’t have.
the movie is about a writer who is constantly thinking of a new story for his novel. His wife, ashwariya becomes his inspiration. Sanjay wants to get into the mindset of a women for his novel, and ashwariya is his guinea pig. He wants his wife to have an affair and see how she acts and what her emotions are so he can translate them into his writing. Ashwariya isn’t to enthralled with the idea of an affair. But he pushes her so she plays along. Where she teaches she meets the schools new photography teacher, zayad. He falls for her and she keeps her distance. Zayad is much younger than her also so ash is kinda apprehensive about the situation. Sanajy tells her to go for it...pretend like she likes this zayad boy. Ash who is madly inlove with her husband tells him that she can not fake love somebody. Anyways she finally gives in and hangs out with this young teacher. Sanjay goes bilistic, typing so fast and recording all of his wife’s emotions on paper. He builds a story and predicts what will happen next in the real life situation. Eventually ash begins to really fall for zayad for a period of time, until her husband goes almost mad. Soon after he actually becomes mad and is emitted to an asylum. Ash leaves zayad and comes back to sanjay. Sh cares for him as he becomes mentally insane.
The songs of the film were very good and well placed. Sanjay did great acting and so did ashwariya. Zayad khan was sexy and sweet at the same time. I got through a film I didn’t think I would. But the story was good and it stays without..it was just so bizarre and different it made you think. If I could change one thing it would be the annoying background music during dialogues.
