There are many positives about this site . Of course everything has some negative p oints like its a bit expensive to maintain. When you get a response , it takes one day for shaadi to notify on your email. The customer service also takes one day and there is no toll free number provided. sometimes it is difficult to explain to the customer service what you want. Waiting for a day is too long.They still do not provide a chat support like bharat matrimony does whose data base is much larger than shaadi. shaadi maintains its niche status. Most of the profiles belong to highly educated people. NRI’s like to use their service.If you plan to marry a middle class indian, this may not be the best place to spend your money on. Most people here are earning more than 3 lakh rupees a year.
