Delivery Partner and Pickup agent didn’t pickup calls till evening and after evening when they pickup call, talks irresponsively and worst service faced in one of my pickup order of Decathalon, and suggest Decathalon shouldn’t use such kind of 3rd class services if they want to retain customers.
