I placed an order on 3rd July 2025, and the vendor shipped it via Shadowfax. The package reached my locak hub by 5th July 2025, but since then it;s been a nightmare.
For 3 consecutive days, I received SMS updates saying " Out for Delivery" only to be followed by message in the evening claming " Customer not contactable. which is completely false. I was available and never recieved a single call or visit,
Today is 8th July and once again i’ve received the same " Out for Delivery " message. There’s no real customer support just an IVR loop with way to speak to a human.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
They waste your time, provide no accountablity and fail to deliver your product this is not just poor servicce
it’s Deceptive and unacceptable.
