I was born in a middle clas family in delhi. first my father died , then after sometime my mother died too. She was the only one who belived that her son will become a great actor one day. Othere didnt think so. When I started working in TV serails, Faulji and Circus being earlier ones, people laughed at me, because I looked funny. They thought I should be given role of a joker in circus, because first I looked like one and second, the make will make me more prsentable.
But I didnt give up. I was intellegent man after all. I knew it was not all about acting and looks, it was all busines at the end of the day. So I found my type of people, earlierpne being Mr. Mirza with whom I have lots of succesful films like Raju ban gay gentleman - yes boss and also flop like fir bhi dil hai hindustani.
But I knew it was all business and hits and flops are part of life. All you have to do is to find your type of people, who can under-stand and repect your feelings. So I found Karan Johar and Aditya Chopara, and look what a hit combination we are, we mutually give hits after hits, kucha kuch hta hai, kabhi khushi kabhi gham, dilwale le jaenge dulhania and much more. Thats what I mean, when you find your types, you become a sucess.
Also I have learned that life can not be lived exactly the way you like. You have to make some compramises too. I have married to gauri , and have one son, I am so happy for it. He too will become some one famous like me one day and I will be ailve to see him sucessful.
I have many new projects, a lot of more business offers, and a lot of money to make. So dont worry bollywood, Main Hoon Na....
