These guys have no sense of customer service, not even an aorta of what it means.
I gave my Bajaj avenger 220 for service since there was an extra noise that was generating from my engine. They returned my bike with a torn seat and claimed the thread could have been loose when I gave it to them. And that while water washing the bike it would have yielded.
I complaint about the rear brake producing the squeaking noise and they changed the pad of my front disc brake. The rear brake is still squeaking, and they’ve asked me to ride for a few days and come back if the problem persists. I’ve had this problem for more than a year and every time I check with these useless guys, their response has always been that of a dimwit.
I’ve asked them to fix the indicators in such a way that it wouldn’t come loose and hang(a common problem with Avengers). They claimed that they have fixed it. After riding a few Kms, it again came loose and hung.
The engine is still under warranty and they shouldn’t charge me for the parts. But they did. Please DO NOT GO TO THESE CHEATS. EVER!
