I went early today close to 8am to leave my Avenger for service as last time the service guy said please come by early around 8am so that we would give the bike by noon same day. However the service station only opened at 9:25am and more over there was no information on opening time or contact person or manager phone or mobile number to even call and check what time they open and close.
I waited till 9:25am and the manager didnt even show any courtesy to apologize for not displaying the open timing or contact details and on top of it they said they can’t give the vehicle until 2pm and they said if you think some other service station will give before noon go to them. These people doesn’t even know how to speak to customers or handle a particular situation. Hope this message is read by both Shakthi Motors owner and BAJAJ team as these kind of actions by the manager and service guys should not go unattended. Please do not go this service station as there are couple more Bajaj service station nearby.
