People says shalby Hospital is best hospital of Jabalpur this is the reason which make me go to this hospital
Which choosing hospital I m very concious and I don’t trust anyone because I don’t wana take risk with
Well I visit to shalby by 6 in the evening on 15th of this month I was having a pain in my teeth. I told the problem to the reception girl and she asked me to get appointment with the dentist and pay the fee. So I went to a fee section and there was a large que with no guidance which counter to visit and I asked some people there which is dentist appointment section.
After some struggle somehow I manage to pay the fee and get a appointment of a doctor they told I will be meeting to the doctor at 7: 30 as it was already 7 doing all this stuff
So I waited there in the waiting zone and at 7: 30 is reached the reception and she said yeah doctor is going to mee you soon and so waited some more time meanwhile my pain was increasing
I waited more and at 8: 15 they called saying it’s my number . I was given appointment of 7: 30 and I was called 45 late .
In this country people can’t wait 30 mins for pizza so how could they make me wait 45 mins for my treatment
After visiting to a doctor she just check and asked to get a medicine and report to me after two days
The doctor was a young girl aged 24 I guess age was not a doctor she was on training
But nothing works the pain was more high after two days and I again reach the hospital and the same thing happen again to me I again waited 2 hours ! And she gave me medicine and asked to visit again in two days! The pain was high and I could do nothing about that
My brother then took me to our family doctor immediately and he treated me with in 1 hour and after having his medicine I am alright now my pain is fine
I have paid shalby 3000 rs and wasted my 6 hours in waiting and I didn’t even get the treatment . There first priority is Money nothing else I won’t recommend this to any one
This was kind of harassment to me. And I think it the responsibility of every hospital to make the patient visit to a doctor instantly. Cure in time is the thing which bring us to hospital but this experience of mine was horrible with this shalby
