I am writing my honest review based on my recent experience. I chose to get admitted to Shalby because it is close to my home, and I only had a normal fever. I assumed that with 12 days of treatment, I would recover easily. Unfortunately, the situation was made worse due to the hospitals negligence.
The staff here do not seem to understand how to read medical reports properly. The resident doctor first told me that my reports were positive, but when I asked to see them, they handed me an ultrasound report that had nothing to do with my case. Later, they changed their statement and said that the actual reports had not even arrived yet. This level of confusion and carelessness is extremely concerning for any patient.
To make matters worse, when my wife posted an honest negative review yesterday, the hospital immediately pushed multiple fake positive reviews just to ensure that her review gets buried. This clearly shows that the management is more focused on maintaining their online image rather than improving the quality of care they provide.
Instead of putting so much effort into marketing and manipulating reviews, the hospital should focus on genuine patient care, accurate diagnosis, and professional medical practices. My experience has been disappointing, and I sincerely hope they make serious improvements.
