I have my account in Shamrao Vitthal Co-operative bank, khopat Thane branch. Till date I have a very good experience with this bank. I constantly get updates on my phone regarding new services they are offering. Also whenever I debit/credit momey, immediately I get message on phone.
I never had any problem with them. They have been always co-operative in guiding whenever I visit their branch in Khopat. They also provide net banking facility and they did all the formalities relating to starting net banking facilities very quick and I did’t have to wait much.
Though a co-operative bank, the services they provide are really good and always are supportive in guiding their consumers.
