In spite of my repeated requests to all the authorities of the Shamrao Vithal Co Op Bank through emails, letters and personal follow up locally as well at Head Office, Thane, I am yet to receive any positive response in the matter.Finally, I am representing my details for your doing the needful and request to direct the bank to address my genuine grievance at the earliest. My home loan amounting to Rs.26, XXXXXX/disbursed on 13/04/2015 as per their Sanction letter dated 27/03/2015 bearing no.SVC/AHD/2XXX/2014-2015 at floating rate of interest 10.10%.In view of revision of interest rate, my repeated requests for revision of floating rate of interest has not responded in any way and I am yet to hear anything in the matter. The same kind of non-response.
I am getting for my complain for incorrect calculation of interest charged to my home loan account TL/B-LOAN/1X.My detailed comprehensive checking of the interest charged to my account is not as per the rate of my home loan and my dues for the interest is on higher side.This is monetary loss to me and compel me to approach your office as I am failed to get any response.
Lastly request for the list of documents of the property is not given any hearing from the dealing branch with the sole intention to retain their loan account and avoid me the gain of waiver of processing charges in the month of March with other bankers having less interest rate of home loan. In the circumstances, mentioned here in above, please take required actions against the cooperative bank of your jurisdiction of your authority as having it’s head office at Thane and Mumbai where as my dealing branch is stadium road Ahmedabad. My personal approach to RBI Ahmedabad has directed to us to you. Kindly do the needful and guide me for further course of action.
