If you leave the temple the Place is worst to visit. There is a full gang of local goons who all are always ready to cheat you in the name of Lord Shani. Yes these goons are the shopkeepers.
I had visited this place with my family last month. I parked the car in the common Parking area then the near shop guy asked to buy the pooja thali from him and asked for Rs.151 for one thali and we can make out the cost of thali is not much as there is hardly anything in the thali.
When we negotiated they refused any discounts and when we said we will buy it from other shop. They started making an issue of it and asked to remove the car from the parking as if this is his land. when I said no some 10-12 shopkeepers came and started making noise.
I even lodged a police complaint, however didn’t get any response from the police also and said "Jane do sab aap kahe ko khali pili locals ke sath panga lete ho, dedo inhe jitna mang rahe hai nahi to bina kapdo ke ghar jana padega."
I was so terrified to listen to this kind of response. Finally I did not buy any pooja items and did the darshan and went out of the place as I was with family and could not afford any miss-happening.
