I had a really bad experience with Shanthi Sagar which is next to Ulsoor lake near Cox Town. I went in there and ordered Masala Dosa for me and my cousin to parcel. There was one very misbehaving Kid who was standing as waiter and I gave him coupon to parcel. He parceled it and kept it besides him for 15 min after which I asked for my parcel. He threw it againts me with a very loud unpleasant voice. I looked into it and found out thr is no Sambhar. I asked for it , he gave me half a spoon which was only sufficient for smelling and to my surprise the kid tells me illa and then " Aur Nahi Milega" in Hindi. Its the most disrespectful kind of sentence a customer cud hear.
I went to the manager who again seemed to be like an elder kid like the waiter. I asked him that I ve taken 2 dosas and how will I eat without Sambhar. My astonishment reached the seventh sky when he told me " we don’t give sambhar in parcel". I inquired how will I eat?. and he proved to be much more childish and insensitive than his counterpart. He stared me as if he was doing a favour for me by sparing me. He told me eat with aaloo inside masala dosa. Such kind of restaurants should be brought under scanner not for customer service as they don’t serve people, but for their uncivilized behaviour and their definitely need a tutorial to first become human and after that civilized.
