This again was not a good experience shopping at Golcha Trade Center. This shop sells ladies footwear and is located on the ground floor of the Mall.
I went to this shop with my girlfriend. He had a pretty jazzy and attractive collection. My Girlfriends Foot Size is 9. She reached out for a design in the color blue and wanter the sales man to take out the pair in size 9. The guy came and said the size in not available. My girlfriend requested the sales man to take out 4 or 5 new designs in size 9 & 10. But the salesman kept insisting on selecting and trying the designs & sizes on display. Mostly the sizes on display were wither 6 or 7. Now why would a person with the foot size 9 & 10 try 6 & 7.
Finally we found a a desing similar to something we had purchased earlier. This was different in color and the buckle was a little smaller and somewhat different in shape. When we asked the price, my girlfiend was shocked. the proce told to her was Rupees 875. She told me that the stuff she had bought last month was similar to this and the finishing was better and was just for rupees 575. Well after looking at a few more designs we found the prices were very high as compared to the quality being offered. So we finally gave up. While we were leaving the owner passed a lude remark upon which my girlfriend got annoyed and gave a good reply to this shopkeeper.
Well finally we landed at this shop on the 2nd Floor " Scabaal Foot Fantasies" They were shifting their Shop To Raja Park and were Packing. My Girlfriend found a Design and asked for her size. They Had sizes till 11 & 12. We bought that pair for just Rupees 525. It has been 10 Days Since then and as per my girlfriend it is one of the best slippers she has worn till now.
