I have had a good experience with Sharayu Hyundai Turbhe as we had purchased our Hyundai I 20 from them.
Let’s talk about their sales department first. Well the sales executives are smart and to the point, though I have seen hyundai doesn’t offer any discounts on newly launched vehicles.
The waiting room for the sales department is also pretty good. Though I would recommend to visit during afternoon when their’s not to much crowd. My purchasing experience with sharayu hyundai has been good with them providing a chocolate box with the welcome kit during delivery.
After sales: well here’s the place where the problem starts. This is the money making system of the dealer. The service costs are mostly inflated and exorbitant. Bills have to atleast reach 10000 rupees for a diesel service. It is a nightmare to visit them if any of your part’s have to be replaced and your car is not under warranty. Though hyundai is not known for their cheap spare parts any which ways.
But overall a good experience and a thumbs up from my side.
