I have upgraded my old classic account to new classic account this thing I come to know when I failed to trade on old classic terminal and I called up local customer care. On guidance of customer care I successfully login to the terminal. Tall free 1600-22-7500 never connects in 1st try, minimum 15 try require to connect. I have tried with BSNL, TATA land lines. Both have same result. After ringing it takes 7 minutes to speak with someone. The lady over phone not able to give me satisfactory reply.
My problem starts from here. The new classic account re-draw whole page up on refresh which is very difficult to read and to do any business. The auto refresh option also re-draw whole page in every 5 seconds of time. which is very irritating and bandwidth hungry. The company like share khan should employee good applet devlopers/writers/programmer.As this refresh thing can be done by a layman like me.
So I advise users if u want headache and eyestrain switch to Share Khan new Classic account.
