I have demat account with sharekhan. I had opted few SIP from sharekhan for tax saving, 3-4 months back. Since then I am chasing them to get either mutual fund statement.
Every time I call or ask for statement they are not giving me concrete answer, but just taking request.
Customer care is not able to understand requirement.
Being a finance firm it is expected that they should provide this type of basic reporting. But sharekhan is poor in technology and providing solution.
