I had invested around 3 lacs in Sharekhan. But their funds manager have taken wrong call every time in Nifty Options without preventing huge losses and now have lost all the funds. Sharekhan is totally third class & worst company according to me.
They do trading on their own & later inform that they have done trading. Only sometimes they make profit but mostly losses occur.
Their customer service is very poor. Website remains down most of the time. This causes unnecessary issue to whole of the customer segment and in banking and trading platform on the pick days where there is a huge variations in the market, this is not at all acceptable and need to be compensate to the entire customer segment. This is not once but a frequent issue and they need to install multiple servers so that parallel processing can be done in case of one gets down.
There is no prompt decisions made at all.
I am very unsatisfied with Sharekhan and will give it only 2/5 stars.
