I’ve Sharekhan online trading a/c. I had opened it few years back. Site then was ok had few problem use to down few times in a month but one could trade. The a/c mgmt feature on Sharekhan on old site was terrible and showed wrong/sold shares in my portfolio. I continue because I was told new site will be launched soon (was launched after 1.5 year... that pretty soon !!).
The new site is terrible; it also has following new features -
Navigation is not easy and is bad.
Site performance is not that good.
Migration of data is not down properly ( you may see less or more shares .. it depends on your luck)
Customer service via chat doesn’t works now. Via email u get reply that customer service via email is down. When you try to search address or phone number on-line page works erratically.
I was told that I will have to pay a/c maintenance charges annually but the are deducting it at their wish any time (hope still its annual maintenance charge)
New site is full of bug and investing or trading on such buggy site is not advisable.
My friends please do not open online trading a/c with this trader.
