1) It took me 9 months of struggle to close my sharekhan account, they keep rejecting for no reason
1) Once they said they did not recieve the account closure form
2) Once they told Client ID is left blank
3) Once they told signature mismatch(when I opened I did 40+ signatures there was no problem then but for closure signature thy have all the problems)
4) Once they said script code is not clear
5) Once they said the bank manager attestation for the signature mismatch does not have the grade of the atested banker
2) Website shows the office timings are from 9 AM to 6 PM but they dont open before 11 AM atleast the branch located at Indiranagar, Bangalore
3) If we dial the customer care any given point in time we have to wait for nothing less than 15 mins which is pathetic
4) Customer care professionals do not have info handy they put you on hold for long periods
5) Customer care and the office professionals are not in sync both of them ask you to do different things for the same problem
6) For every single request it needs to get processed from Mumbai which is most pathetic
7) There is no option where the customer is informed if any of his request is rejected, its your head ache to follow up
8) Branch officials are too harsh yet times(atleast the officials in Indiranagar Branch Bangalore)
Bottom line, I would not recommend sharekhan to any of my friends
