For everything, you have to walk-in to the branch; not any major updates would be done online. For example, if you want to change your residential address, you have to submit hell lot of documents at the branch and wait for reply just like 1970s postal department. Also, if you want to change your trading password, it will be done through post in a week, meanwhile your stock goes into garbage.
