My father has been trading with share khan from 5-6 months. Their customer service is good. They confirm the order by phone quickly but some times they don’t attend the calls. Charges are little bit high than the other brokerage companies but satisfied with their customers service.
Their recommendations failed many times in intra-day trading but delivery calls are good. They send a message with their recommendations in the morning hours. They offer less support to the intra-day traders . Once my father bought a stock and asked them to inform when there is a change of one rupee or more. They did not inform and we got a loss around two thousand rupees.
From then we started, delivery trading as the risk is some what less even though the charges are high.
