I am using Sharekahan for last 3 years. I have been facing issues like the application will not work when needed and losing your change to book profit. You cannot find a Proper person who can support you when needed, you will always find some one from customer care who doesn’t know other than raising tickets. From last 3 months I am not able to use the portal because I am not receiving OTP . Even now they are not able to figure what is the issue . I have been sending 2 mails a day but no response other than raising ticket every time. If they cannot analyze an issue with their own software how can they analyze the market? Which makes me realise the blunder in did by taking account in Sharekan and invested lakhs of rupees
