My wife has a Dmat account with Sharekhan for last 2 years, however it was not used for much trading. Now she wanted to use it for F&O trading so we called up mobile number’8879641202’ which is displayed(on website) as customer service number of their Bund Garden, Pune office. Nobody responded on this number even after calling at least 10 times.(In fact, call was disconnected by receiver multiple times).
Then, we got another number of so called customer care office in Aundh and we were advised by "Relationship Officer" that Sharekhan representative would collect the documents required to enable futures trading, however even after 10 days now(and frequent reminder), nobody has turned up. Today when I called up to know the status, I was told to open Dmat account with some other service provider.
This clearly shows that Sharekhan is least interested in their customer service so I request everyone to be alert and stay away from Sharekhan. Finally, I am going to open new account from other brokerage firm.
