I have an account since last 3-4 years with Sharekhan account number- 1017487. I purchased a mutual fund with my account. Later on I migrated to Reliance and was pretty happy hence left using Sharekhan. I tried to recover my password to sell my mutual fund in the month of September but It is more than the capacity of Sharekhan like companies.
My pain started after that. I contacted Sharekhan guys and they kept on providing different numbers to contact for mutual fund. Finally I reached to right person after an effort of at least 30 minutes. I requested him to sell my mutual fund on September 24, 2013. He told me that I will get the amount deposited in my account within a couple of weeks.
After a month I checked my account but could not see any credit. I again contacted this Maharajas and finally they provided me 2 numbers- 020-66021307/310 concerned person name- Shweta. Right since 18th October I am following this great lady to get my amount credited and she is making excuses every time. Now I am completely clueless whether I will get my money credited or just have to keep on following.
Can somebody please guide me on this? Otherwise I would have to go to consumer court.
