I purchased Hyundai i20 from Sharma Hyundai. Prior Sales Service was awesome. Once I stepped out of the showroom with my car, it was like they didn’t know me.
There are several company faults in Hyundai i20 and they never bother to solve those problems. I had to put my car 3 times in order to solve the same problem but that problem is still with my car after 3 and a half years of usage.
I tried complaining in company’s head quarters but they are also not interested in solving customer problems. Some times it feels like these mfs don’t have any value of your hard cash once they get them.
